Oh home life…

My parents are out, so I am watching Mary. Sam is here too, but he doesn’t need actual watching (usually).

Highlights of the night:

1) Mary dropping her chili on the white carpet….however, we made a quick stain-free recovery!

2) Sam plunging a toilet for the first time. I may have laughed so hard I cried…or…

3) Tucking Mary into bed. She told me Dad reads her a Psalm every night. So I read her Luke 12:22-32 instead. “Do not worry about anything…”

Her childlike faith and desire was absolutely beautiful.
