BLOG ANNOUNCEMENT

I have alluded to this for quite some time so here is the official post:

As most of you know, Andrew and I are leaving NYC to move out to California (we leave Aug 17th).  We will be working as year-long interns for Amor Ministries .  Amor is an awesome San Diego-based organization that builds houses for the poor in Mexico (mostly Tijuana).

We have to raise our own salaries through the financial support of our friends and family - so if you want to donate, e-mail me at joanna.flavin@gmail.com . (feel free to reblog)

AS FOR THE BLOG ANNOUNCEMENT:

Once we start our adventure we will be blogging from www.theflavins.com (tumblr!) So make sure you follow us! I am not sure if I will keep this blog going…we shall see!
